Do you have a question about the Dow Credit Union Funds Availability process? 

Review the Release Schedules for:

Checks presented at a Dow Credit Union branch will be evaluated for availability at the time of deposit. If the check is accepted with a decision to delay the availability of the funds, the hold time will be communicated at the time of the transaction. 

We recommend using  wire transfer services to send or receive large sums of money quickly. 

If your employer or the company from whom you are receiving funds offers direct deposit, your account information can be found under each share in Online or Mobile banking. Select the share where you would like the funds deposited and review the account and routing number details. Please take note, the account number varies for each share.

To sign up for direct deposit, complete and submit to your employer the direct deposit form.

If you have questions regarding your funds on hold, there are several ways to contact us. As always, our Member Care Center is available by phone Monday-Friday from 7:00 a.m. ET to 6:00 p.m. ET.
