We currently offer Apple Pay®, Samsung Pay®, Google Pay™, Fitbit Pay™, and Garmin Pay™ as mobile payment options. Additional options may be added at a later date.
Mobile payments are a secure and convenient payment method using your mobile device.

Apple Pay - Locate the Wallet app and then enter your cards by tapping the “+” (plus) icon. You can then use your camera to enter your card or type the information manually.

Samsung Pay - Locate the Wallet app and then enter your cards by tapping the “+” (plus) icon. You can then use your camera to enter your card or type the information manually.

Google Pay - Locate the Wallet app and then enter your cards by selecting “Tap to pay” and then “Add a card” or “+ Add to Wallet”. You can then use your camera to enter your card or type the information manually.

Fitbit Pay - Locate the Fitbit app and navigate to your device settings. Tap Fitbit Wallet and follow the instructions to add your card. If you haven’t created a PIN code for your device, you will be asked to set one.

Garmin Pay - Locate the Garmin Connect app and navigate to your device settings. Tap Garmin Pay and follow the instructions to add your card. If you haven’t created a PIN code for your device, you will be asked to set one.

Mobile payment apps use a graphical representation, not an exact replica of your card.
In the event your card detail cannot be captured by your phone through your camera, proceed with entering in all the required fields manually.
Mobile payments can be made in-store by holding the device near a contactless reader at participating merchants, or in apps and on websites that offer the mobile payment as a payment option.
Yes.
Swipe or scroll on your device to select a different card during the checkout process. For Fitbit these changes must be made within the app.
Apple Pay – Go to device settings > Wallet & Apple Pay > Default card > Select the card you would like default.

Samsung Pay – Default cards are not an option. The last card used comes up first as a payment option. To change, swipe to the card of your choice.

Google Pay – Open the app > select the card you would like as default > select Default for in-store payments.

Fitbit Pay – Open the Fitbit app dashboard > click Account icon > device image > wallet icon > locate the card you would like to make default > click set as default.

Yes. When you use mobile payments, your card number isn’t stored on your device or given to the merchant. A unique digital token is created specifically for that device. You still enjoy all the benefits of your credit or debit card, which includes our Zero Liability policy that protects you from unauthorized purchases.
Since your credit or debit card number isn’t stored on the device, you never reveal your card number or security code to merchants.
Apple Pay – Go to device settings > Wallet & Apple Pay > select the card to be deleted > tap remove card.

Samsung Pay – Locate the Mobile App > select the Wallet icon > select the card to be deleted > from the menu options choose Delete card.

Google Pay – Locate the Mobile App > select the card you would like to delete > from the menu options choose Remove payment method.

Fitbit Pay – Open the Fitbit app dashboard > click Account icon > device image > wallet icon > locate the card you would like to remove > scroll down and find the option to remove it.

Garmin Pay – Open the Garmin connect Mobile App > tap on the Settings icon on the dashboard > tap on Garmin Pay > tap on Manage Your Wallet > tap on the card to be removed > tap delete > tap OK to confirm.
Contact us and we can suspend your credit union card in the mobile wallet. In any case, without your finger print, PIN or card information, a thief should not be able to use your device to make purchases.
Delete your card from your device. Once you receive your replacement card you can add your new card to the mobile wallet.
Once you receive your replacement card you’ll need to delete the expired card from your wallet and add your new card.
