Activate Your Card

  • Using your phone number on file, activate your card by calling 866.762.0558. To activate your card from outside the US, call 800.466.0040.
  • OR activate your card by using your PIN at any ATM or completing a PIN-based transaction with your new card.

  • Using your phone number on file, call 866.762.0558 or wait to receive your PIN by mail.*
  • If you're outside the US, you will receive your PIN by mail.*

PIN Information for Existing Card Holders

If you already have a Visa® Debit Card, you can continue using your existing PIN. To change your PIN, call 866.762.0558 from your phone number on file.
