How-To
Call 989.835.7794 or 800.835.7794
- Press 1 for 1Call
- Select any of the following options:
- 1 for Account Balance
- 2 for Account History
- 3 for Rates
- 4 for Other Account Activities
- Enter your account number
- If it is your first time using the system, you will need to establish an Access Code
- Enter your Social Security Number
- Enter a 4-digit Access Code (cannot start with 0)
- Re-Enter your new Access Code – press 1, or press 2 to continue
- Enter the 5 digit ZIP code of your Primary address
- At this point, you will be able to continue with the menu option you originally selected.
